Florida has a probate “faster way” understood as summary administration. The eligibility requirements for summary administration include:

The summary administration procedure is initiated either by a beneficiary or the person named as personal representative in the decedent’s will. If there is a making it through spouse, she or he should sign and validate the petition.
The petition will consist of proof that the estate satisfies the requirements for summary administration in addition to a list of properties. Once it is submitted and evaluated by the court and the other requirements for summary administration are satisfied, there will be an order released that distributes the possessions to heirs immediately upon the entry of the order.
